With your support, we are able to equip and empower leaders across Zambia and Africa. God continues to open doors for greater Kingdom impact, and every gift helps us step into those opportunities.

Upcoming Projects

  • An exciting project is underway as we build a primary school for an under-resourced community, with doors set to open in January 2027. This school will provide access to education where it has been lacking—helping shape the next generation and bring lasting change.

  • Many of our growing church plants gather in temporary spaces, often vulnerable to the elements. By partnering with local churches to build permanent structures, we are helping create lasting places of worship where communities can gather, grow in faith, and be strengthened for generations.

  • The Mission House in Chisumpa Village will serve as a hub for ministry, hosting teams who come to serve in a variety of ways. From medical and evangelism teams to teacher training and farming initiatives, this space will support those working to bring both practical help and the hope of the Gospel.

  • Charis in Action is pursuing a permanent home base in Lusaka to support the expanding ministry. This facility will provide space for staff, a theological library, and our Bible School—creating a central hub for equipping leaders and multiplying impact across Zambia.

Completed Projects

Antioch Health Post

In an under-resourced village of over 7,000 people, access to basic medical care was extremely limited. Families faced serious challenges, including high infant mortality, the spread of preventable diseases, and a lack of care for women and children.

In response to this need, Charis in Action partnered with generous supporters to build a new health post that will serve the entire community.

Set to be completed in Spring 2026, this clinic will provide much-needed medical care and bring hope to thousands of people. This project was made possible through the generosity of a group of nurses in the United States who had a heart to make a lasting impact.

A Church

In the district of Chisamba we helped a local church transition from a temporary church structure to a permanent building. We are grateful for the generous donor who made this possible.

A Well

What started as 17 acres of land in Chisamba is becoming a place of growth, sustainability, and opportunity.

The first milestone was drilling a borehole—providing a dependable water source that will serve homes, a clinic, a future school, and farming initiatives. This single step has made it possible to begin building a thriving, self-sustaining community.

Fence

We completed a fence surrounding all 17 acres of our property in Chisamba Village. This critical step provides security for the land while protecting crops—helping ensure a stable and sustainable future for the project.

Farm

Our farm in Chisamba is a vital part of empowering communities toward sustainability. Through this initiative, we are producing food, creating economic opportunities, and training local leaders in proven farming methods that can be multiplied throughout the region.
